Terms of Service

Effective date: August 1, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of Sixuse's email identity and routing service (the "Service"). Sixuse is a product brand operated by Bitrabbit Pte. Ltd. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. Sixuse is not affiliated with any other company named Sixuse Pte. Ltd.

2. Eligibility and Account Security

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login access, sessions, webhook secrets, and configured destinations secure. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use.

3. The Service

Sixuse lets you create email identities and route accepted inbound messages to an email address, a webhook endpoint, or both. The Service may reject mail sent to unknown, disabled, invalid, or unsafe destinations. Delivery can be delayed, duplicated, filtered, rejected, or fail because of network conditions, recipient systems, spam controls, message size, configuration errors, or other factors outside our control.

Sixuse is not an email archive, a guaranteed-delivery service, or an emergency communication service. You should maintain independent copies and suitable backup or continuity arrangements for important communications.

4. Your Content and Responsibilities

You retain your rights in the content you send to or receive through the Service. You grant Sixuse the limited permission necessary to receive, parse, store temporarily where required for delivery or recovery, transmit, and otherwise process that content to operate the Service.

You are responsible for every email identity, custom domain, forwarding address, webhook endpoint, and SMTP credential that you configure. You must have the right to use them and must obtain all notices, consents, and permissions required for the personal data and communications you process through the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Service to:

We may investigate suspected violations and suspend, limit, or terminate access, remove or reject routing configurations, or preserve information when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, third parties, or legal rights.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service may connect to or interact with third-party services, including CommonAPI, Gmail, DNS providers, forwarding inboxes, and webhook endpoints. Their terms, policies, availability, and security practices apply to your use of them. Sixuse is not responsible for third-party services or for content after it is delivered to a destination you select.

7. Changes, Availability, and Support

We may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service, including features, limits, and integrations. We may provide notice when reasonably practicable, but do not promise any particular uptime, feature set, or retention period except where required by law or agreed in writing.

8. Fees

Unless we state otherwise in writing, the current Service does not require payment. If we introduce paid features, we will present the applicable pricing and payment terms before charging for them.

9. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." SIXUSE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIXUSE AND ITS AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIXUSE'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF US$100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID SIXUSE FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sixuse and its affiliates, suppliers, and licensors from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your content, configurations, use of the Service, or violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and dispute provisions, will survive.

13. Governing Law and General Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Sixuse is established, excluding conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute must be brought in the courts with jurisdiction there, unless applicable law requires otherwise. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement regarding the Service and may be updated by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
