Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 1, 2026

1. Overview

Sixuse is a product brand operated by Bitrabbit Pte. Ltd. Sixuse provides email identities and routing tools for founders and their projects (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how Bitrabbit Pte. Ltd. collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you use the Service or contact us. Sixuse is not affiliated with any other company named Sixuse Pte. Ltd.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide or configure, including your name, email address, account identifier supplied by our login provider, project and identity names, forwarding addresses, custom-domain details, webhook endpoint URLs, and support communications.

When you use the Service, we process inbound email routing data. This can include recipient and sender addresses, subject lines, headers, delivery status, and error information. We process message bodies and attachments to route them to your selected destination. Normal activity records are designed to retain routing metadata and outcomes, not ordinary message bodies or attachment content.

We also collect information needed to operate the Service, such as session cookies, authentication handoff data, IP-address and request information available through our infrastructure, and security or diagnostic logs.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service; authenticate users; create and manage email identities; route email; deliver webhooks; verify custom domains; troubleshoot delivery issues; communicate with you; and comply with applicable law.

4. Routing, Webhooks, and Your Destinations

Sixuse forwards messages to the email addresses and webhook endpoints you configure. Those destinations are selected and controlled by you. Once delivered, their operators' privacy practices apply. A webhook delivery may include parsed message content, headers, and attachment files. You are responsible for ensuring that your configured destinations and your processing of routed mail comply with applicable law.

5. Gmail Integration

If you choose to connect Gmail, Sixuse requests only the permissions needed to create and manage Sixuse project labels and filters. We store the Gmail email address, connection status, and an encrypted refresh token. We do not use this integration to read, sell, or use Gmail message content for advertising. Disconnecting removes the stored credential from Sixuse; it does not automatically remove labels, filters, or messages already present in Gmail.

6. Service Providers and Other Disclosures

We may share information with providers that help us operate the Service, such as authentication providers, hosting and database providers, email infrastructure providers, DNS providers you choose to connect, and Google when you enable the Gmail integration. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce our terms, protect rights and safety, or respond to a valid legal request.

We do not sell personal information or use the contents of routed email for targeted advertising.

7. Retention

We keep account, configuration, and routing metadata for as long as needed to operate the Service and meet legal, security, and recordkeeping needs. Sessions and authentication handoffs expire automatically. If a message cannot be delivered or needs retry or review, we may temporarily hold its raw content or serialized delivery payload; the current intended retention period for held mail is up to three days. We may retain de-identified or aggregated information.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. For example, Gmail refresh tokens are encrypted at rest. No service can guarantee absolute security, and you should protect your login credentials, forwarding destinations, webhook secrets, and devices.

9. Your Choices and Requests

You can update projects, identities, forwarding destinations, webhooks, and connected Gmail settings through the Service. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by contacting us. Some information may need to be retained where required for security, legal, or operational reasons. To avoid unsafe deletion of active routing data, account-deletion requests are handled through support.

10. International Processing

Information may be processed in the countries where Sixuse or its service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

11. Changes and Contact

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version and revise the effective date. The Service is provided by Bitrabbit Pte. Ltd. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to [email protected].
